Chef Salad: Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers, ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, egg, tossed in a homemade Dijon mustard dressing Option: tuna (My Mamas favorite salad)

Garden Salad: lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrots,

onions with a house dressing

 

Greek salad: Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, onions, hot peppers, artichoke hearts and feta cheese with an oil and red wine vinegar dressing

Cucumber tomato salad: with mozzarella bits in an oil and red wine vinegar dressing

Avocado with tomato: half an avocado filled with chopped seasoned tomatoes

Wurst salad or called “ Stadtwurst mit Musik” : tomatoes and onions and German Stadtwurst ( a special kind of bologna) marinated in a house dressing served with bread of your choice

Mozzarella with tomato: sliced mozzarella with sliced tomato and a basil leave marinated with oil and vinegar

(Choices of bread: pumpernickel, whole wheat, rye, Country white)

Chicken salad sandwich Waldorf style with lettuce tomatoes

Smoked German proscuitto baked over with Swiss cheese with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and a delicious Dijon mustard spread on a fresh French baguette

Roast beef sandwich with a homemade horseradish dressing

Toast Hawaii: 2 slices of toast with a slice of ham and a slice of pineapple over baked with Swiss cheese

Smoked turkey sandwich with lingonberry jam

( All sandwiches come with a side order of homemade potato salad)
